AI-assisted delivery, with the discipline of enterprise programs.

I'm Chris Clark, a senior enterprise delivery leader. I help public-sector and enterprise ERP teams adopt AI-assisted engineering under real governance, and I help small businesses fix the operations work that eats their week.

Two ways to work together.

Large programs and small businesses have the same problem in different sizes: work that should be reliable and isn't. The fix is the same too. Map it, make it traceable, then automate only what's been checked.

Public sector & enterprise ERP

Governed AI delivery

For teams adopting Codex and agent tooling inside environments where audit, security and sign-off matter. I bring program discipline to AI-assisted engineering, and AI-assisted engineering to ERP delivery.

  • Workflow discovery and AI adoption planning
  • Validation, approval gates and controlled handoff
  • PeopleSoft HCM, SOAP/REST integrations, SQL and data conversion
  • Testing, release readiness and production cutover

Grounded in federal HR and pay delivery for DND, Canadian Heritage, Parks Canada, PSPC and TBS: onboarding, integration, conversion and go-live.

Small business

Operations Tune-Up

A practical look at how your business runs day to day: time tracking, billing, your storefront and the manual steps in between.

  1. i.AssessmentA short, fixed-scope review. I map where time goes, find the repetitive steps and give you a written plan.
  2. ii.Fixed setupI implement the fixes you approve at a fixed price: billing, storefront cleanup, simple dashboards, AI automation where it actually helps.
  3. iii.Monthly retainerOngoing support and adjustments so the new setup keeps working as the business changes.

You see the plan first. Nothing changes without your approval.

Approach

Fast where it's safe. Gated where it matters.

AI speeds up drafting, analysis and repetitive work. It doesn't replace evidence, testing or accountable sign-off. Every workflow I build keeps all four.

01

Source traceability

Every output links back to the records, specs or definitions it came from.

02

Deterministic checks

Validation that runs the same way every time, separate from the AI that drafted the work.

03

Human approval

A named person approves before anything ships. Without approval, drafts are withheld.

04

Controlled handoff

Staged releases, regression tests and rollback records, so changes can be undone cleanly.

About

Chris Clark

Principal, Lanciter Consulting Inc.
Ottawa, Canada

Enterprise delivery leader. Practical implementer. I care about systems that still work on the day after go-live.

I started in PeopleSoft consulting and moved into architecture and program leadership on federal HR and pay programs. Today I'm a senior PeopleSoft technical consultant at the Department of National Defence on the HRMS 9.2 upgrade and integration, and I run Lanciter for AI-assisted delivery and small-business operations work.

I use Codex, MCP tool integrations and bounded agent orchestration where they help, with source evidence, validation and human approval before anything is handed off.
